Our equipment is built to handle the demands of travel, performance, and daily rehearsal. These good practice basic care guidelines will help ensure your cart looks and performs reliably season after season.

General Care

• Cleaning: Use a soft damp cloth or sponge and a gentle liquid dish soap to clean all surfaces.

• Store indoors or covered when not in use: Keep your cart in a dry, shaded area or under a protective cover to shield it from extreme UV and harsh weather. 

• Inspect hardware regularly: Routinely check bolts, wheels, and hinges to ensure everything remains tight and secure. Small flat spots may occur on the casters if left untouched for most of the year. Periodically rolling the cart around should round out the casters on their own.

Avoid!

• Don't use abrasive tools: Avoid extremely harsh tools such as stiff-bristled brushes or steel wool, as that can scratch the powder coating over time.

• Don't apply harsh chemicals: Never use harsh solvents or cleaners anywhere on the cart.

• Don't crash: Avoid running the cart into curbs or walls to prevent caster damage and powder coat chipping.

• Don't use in heavy rain: Avoid using the cart in rain, especially if it's loaded with electronics or sensitive gear. If exposed to rain, wipe the cart dry immediately.
