Bi-Fold Rear Ramp
Description
This ramp is entirely manufactured at our facility for each trailer. It is constructed of a complete aluminum frame with dock treads welded into it to provide a non-slip surface. Our ramp deploys in 45 seconds and is ready for unloading gear from your trailer.
The ramp operates utilizing a winch connected to our in-house designed halo beam system. It is powered by a lithium battery, which is recharged via a solar panel mounted on the roof.

Can I get my ramp down should my battery die?
A: Absolutely. We have shore power build into the outside wall of the trailer that allows you to utilize a generator to power the trailer. Should the battery and generator options not work, it is possible to manually deploy/retract the ramp with about 4-5 band dads. We designed our system to ensure that you can always get your gear off the trailer.
Do I need the tractor attached in order to operate the ramps and lights?
A: No, the trailer is self-sustaining. The roof mounted solar panel will recharge the lithium battery that is powering the entire system that is installed.
